LEAD TEACHER — Full-Time

Every morning at Fields of Fun, the Lead Teacher sets the tone for a classroom full of kids who are counting on a great day. This is a full-time position for someone who doesn't just like working with children — they're made for it.

What You'll Do: Plan and lead daily activities for your classroom, build real relationships with the families you serve, mentor your assistant teacher, and be the steady, trusted presence your kids come back to every morning. You'll work closely with our director and serve as the primary point of contact for parents in your room.

KITCHEN MANAGER / COOK

The Kitchen Manager at Fields of Fun keeps our kids fed, healthy, and happy every single day. This role is the backbone of our daily operation — and we treat it that way.

What You'll Do: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for children and staff within USDA and state guidelines, maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen, accommodate all food allergies, manage inventory and supply needs, and assist in classrooms as needed.

What We're Looking For: Experience in food preparation or cooking, ideally in a school or childcare setting. Organized, flexible, and genuinely caring. At least 18 years old. Must pass a background check and meet Iowa DHS requirements.
