Meet the team

Taryn Krahmer - President

Hi, my name is Taryn! I am the President of Fields of Fun Child Care. A little bit about me is that I have three sons who take up most of my husband's and my time! We love to be outside whenever we can. I really enjoy being active, so I do a lot of walking/jogging, kayaking, hiking, and of course chasing the boys around. I attended Mount Mercy University, where I graduated with a Double Major in Biology and Outdoor Conservation. I have been in business management for around 7 years, and before that was in an administrative role. During that time I worked in management, marketing, sales, customer relations, estimating, and more. When the opportunity presented itself to be able to help the community and families with child care, I was eager to take it!

Destiny Hull - Lead Mobile Infant Teacher

Hi, My name is Destinee. I’m a 26 year old mom of two beautiful girls who keep life full of love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos! Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughters and very opinionated cat simba. I also enjoy building Legos (yes—even the tough sets!), and diving into all things Marvel. I’m passionate about finding balance between work and family while showing up with my heart in everything I do. Whether I’m collaborating on a team project or watching the latest superhero movie, I bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose to whatever’s in front of me.

Amber Walton - Kitchen Manager

I am creative, love to stay active, and I bring these passions into my kitchen and cook with love for each and every single student. I work under the direct supervision of the facility Director and assume responsibility for feeding One’s-School age children. I am responsible for delivery preparation and delivery of food to classrooms and cleanup; maintenance of common areas and kitchen on a daily basis as required. I believe that the early years are an important time to nurture a child’s interest in nutritious and different foods and overall their wellbeing. I strive to provide an inviting, fun, and creative kitchen environment on a daily basis. NO child will ever be left hungry in my kitchen, because I make sure each child’s portions are correct and everyone gets their daily dose of fruits, grain, vegetables, protein, and dairy. Working with children ensures each day will be a unique adventure because kids are exciting and unpredictable And that  is why I absolutely love what I do!
